Returns/Exchanges

We gladly offer our customers the ability to return/exchange items in original condition and packaging within 14 days of your date of receipt.  These exceptions include personalized items, unless they have been incorrectly personalized on our end.  Refunds will be issued to Credit Cardholder's account and normally take up to 14 days to reflect on your account. Shipping expenses back to our facility are not refundable and for your security, we suggest that you use a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping service such as UPS or FedEX, as credits/refunds/exchanges are only possible when your items are actually received by our returns department. 

Please note: orders that did qualified for free shipping (and shipped using that method), prior to returning items, but not after (also the case when an entire order is returned), the refund of returned items will reflect a restocking fee of 10%. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.  International, special requests, large orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or refunded.
